Josh is a 20-year old author of three Cookbooks, a
6 x Best in the World Gourmand Award winner and a Triple Arts Performing Arts student . Josh won 1 gold & 5 silver medals at the SA Championships of the Performing Arts and was selected to represent South Africa at the World Championships in the USA in 2023.
