Having been among the winners at the Gourmand Awards award, Josh has now headed to Frankfurt, Germany.
The Germany trip has seen all previous winners gathering for the grand event where the ‘winner’ out of all winners will be chosen. Josh won the Special Award of the Jury four months ago.
For Josh, just getting onboard the flight to Germany in pursuit of something he has always been passionate of since he was nine was an honour in itself.
The trip to Germany is also an excellent platform for Josh to enhance his craft by interacting with some of the best chefs from all over the world.
It is a classic tale of ‘from humble beginnings’ for the youngster from Durbanville.
