This weekend I went on a “High School is not for sissies” camp. We had lots of fun. There was a very high obstacle course we had to do, then we played paintball with “ketties / catapults”. And I have some nice bruises to show for it!
On Saturday evening we had a potjie competition – and I was blindfolded! They said I had an unfair advantage. I guess I had to see whether I could do this thing with my eyes closed – literally!
In our tent there was no chance for sleeping. We had a midnight feast and lots of chatting.
I was so tired on Sunday. After a long nap, I woke up with a very sore body, with aching muscles from the obstacle course and the rugby we played and sore bruises from the paintball!
