STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
1 Punnet of strawberries (washed, hulled and frozen)
2 cups milk
2 cups yoghurt (plain or strawberry flavour)
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
Tips:
For a healthier option, substitute sugar with honey.
You can use ice cream instead of yoghurt to make milkshake.
You can freeze the mixture in ice lollie moulds.
