At the age of nine Josh became the youngest published author in South Africa with his first book, Cook with Josh.

My journey started when my first book “Cook with Josh” was published when I was 9 years old.

With the success of Cook with Josh, I was asked by the publisher to do a second book.  Bake with Josh was published in 2014.  I was honoured when Chef Gordon Ramsay wrote a blurb on the back cover of Bake with Josh.

Food Journey with Josh

With my previous two books, I was privileged to travel to different countries.  I had some amazing experiences, met wonderful people and tasted delicious foods.  This gave me the idea to share my journey in another Cookbook that included my travelling experiences, photos and some information about these countries.  With my journey, I realized that food is the golden thread that brings people together.  When lockdown started in March 2020, I saw that as an opportunity to bring “Food Journey with Josh” to life.
